Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on product availability, supplier fulfillment timelines, and order volume. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience delays due to high order volumes, supplier fulfillment issues, or carrier disruptions, we will notify you via email where possible.
Shipping Origin
CLUSTER does not manufacture products and ships products sourced from third-party manufacturers, brand owners, or authorized distributors. As a result, orders may ship from different warehouse locations within the United States.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
Shipping Coverage
CLUSTER currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on:

Shipping Delays
CLUSTER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Carrier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Supplier fulfillment delays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Events beyond our reasonable control
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. CLUSTER is not liable for delays, losses, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
CLUSTER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
